Who we are

Testcard is a media player made by Evicted (“we”, “us”).

Licence to use

While Testcard is in early access we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on your own devices, free of charge. You may not resell it, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

No content supplied

Testcard is a player only. It includes no channels, playlists, streams or subscriptions, and we don’t sell, recommend or link to any. It works only with sources you add yourself.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the sources you add. Use Testcard only with services and content you are legally entitled to access, and don’t use it to infringe anyone’s rights, or to attack or overload our servers.

Disclaimer and liability

Testcard is provided “as is”, without warranty, and early-access builds may change or break. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from its use, or for the content or availability of any source you connect.
